My mind tends to work by piecing together fragments of things, in and out of time.
Memories, desires, emotions, facts, bit of conversation, moments. strung together with silly putty and string and a little hope when I can.
2 minute poems formed itself one night while I was walking the city of Buffalo and ended up at a cigar bar where I asked a stranger for 5 words and wrote a poem for them on the spot and 3 years later, the format really hasn't changed.
I do not charge for the poems as I feel it is a nonlinear collective word exchange between two strangers.
Each of us going out on a limb a little and creating something together, encapsulating our moment of seeing each other for the first time.
